About us

 White Bakery is the place where you can find unique Börek, Baklava, and other Turkish tastes. White Bakery is run by Pelin Emek in Conwy. We opened our first shop in Colwyn Bay in 2018, and a year later, in 2019, we moved to our current shop in Conwy.

Our homemade products include not only Turkish bakery items but also delicious treats like almond tart, scones, and lemon cake. From meze boxes to different kinds of coffee — including Turkish coffee — everything is served in and available for takeaway. You can even order most of our products online.
